EMPLOYMENT: The herbicidal of corn. RANGE OF ACTION: It checks the most common annual graminaceous of the corn and numerous dicotyledons, what: Amaranthus retroflexus, Artemisia vulgaris, Atriplex patula, Avena fatua, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Chenopodium album, Cyperus spp., Digitaria sanguinalis, Echinochloa crus-roosters, Equisetum arvense, Lolium temulentum, Panicum dichotomiflorum, Papaver rhoeas, Portulaca oleracea, Setaria spp., Sorghum halepense (for seed and with good validity on that coming by rhizome), Veronica spp. FORMULATIONS: Emulsifiable liquid MODALITIES OF USE: The application must be performed in pre - seeding at the dose of 4-8 Kgs of p.a. for hectare (the most elevated doses are suitable for clayey grounds, rich of organic substance or with strong infestations of Sorghum halepense). The intervention must be performed on refined ground and without a voluminous sod. Because of the notable volatility of the p.a., the product must be introduces at the depth of 6-10 cms. ABSORPTION AND TRANSLOCATION: It is absorbed by the seeds in germination, by the roots, by the rhizomes and by the stems of the seedling. It is quickly translocated toward the leaf apparatus by xylematic way. COMPATIBILITY: It is miscible with the disinfestant of the ground and with liquid fertilizers. PHYTO-TOXICITY: It can result phyto-toxic on the crops for which the employment is not provided for. USEFUL INFORMATIONS: The employment is not recommended on corn for seed (pure lines). It is very selective for the corn, thanks to the presence in the mixture of an antidote (R-25788) that it increases the tollerability of the crop.
